I understand that AAESS is an international school that applies

the British Curriculum. I am aware of the equivalency between

the year system and the grade system as per ADEC regulations

according to the below schedule:

If I decide for any reason to move my child from AAESS to any other

school that applies the grade system in UAE schools, my child will have

to be transferred to the equivalent class as per the chart above.

أعلم بأن مدرسة العين الناطقة بالإنجليزية من المدارس الأجنبية التي تتبع المنهج البريطاني بنظا السنوات. كما انني على علم بنظام المعادلة المطبق من قبل مجلس أبوظبي للتعليم كما هو موضح بالجدول التالي:

أما في حال رغبتي بنقل ابني من مدرسة العين الناطقة بالإنجليزية إلى أي مدرسة أخرى داخل دولة الإمارات تتبع نظام الصفوف (Grade)، سينتقل إلى الصف المعادل وفقاً للجدول أعلاه:

I understand and agree to pay all school fees on time as shown bellow:

- Term 1 fee to be paid on or before the start of the school

- Term 2 fee to be paid by 1st December 2024.

- Term 3 fee to be paid by 1st March 2025

* Please note that the bus fees are subject to change with ADEK approval for the next academic Year 2024 -2025.

Registration fee is deductible from first term fees and an amount of AED 1,000 will be nonrefundable if the student does not attend.

• Agree to EAL/ILN (English language support/Individual Learning Needs) support for my child (if required) following

assessment by the school which may include self-funding a one to one support worker for a determined period of time

if this is recommended by the school.

• Understand and agree to pay all fees due from me on time. This includes any additional fees resulting from any

necessary educational support (EAL/ILN) provided for my child.

• Understand that the deposit fee is non-refundable in the event that my child does not enter the school.

• Understand that if my child attends for one day or more, the fees will be applicable to the Bilo of the Private Education Law.

• Agree to accept the final decision of Abu Dhabi Education Council with regards to Year Group Placement

• Agree to comply with the Confidentiality Agreement and the Home-School agreement.

• Will recognize, support and abide by the school rules, policies and procedures.

• Understand that my child will be in a mixed class – ability, gender, nationality and religion.

• Confirm the information provided above is correct and complete and supply additional medical and assessment reports.

PART A – Applying Online and submitting required documents:

Once you are logged in, you will see on the left side a few choices available. Click on the line Booking and registration to open the online application page.

In the Online Application page click on Add Child for Next Year
Enter all the information requested, attach your passport and your child’s documents and SAVE your entries in the right top corner.

Part B – Assessment Details

You will receive an e-mail within 2 weeks informing you about the assessment details if your application is successful.

Part C – After Assessment

Once your child’s assessment is completed, you will receive an e-mail notifying you about the outcome

If your child is accepted for enrolment you will receive an email with further instructions.
If your child does not pass the assessment an e-mail will be sent advising you that your child can apply the next academic year.

*Please note that if your child is not accepted for enrolment, you cannot reapply (NO re-assessment for the same Academic Year). The decision is final as made by the leadership team. Your child will be allowed to apply the next academic year.

Please choose the Online application and click on New application

You will come across a Terms and Conditions pop-up message. Read the terms and Conditions carefully and click Accept if you would like to proceed with the registration.

The Register New Family form pops-up immediately. Please fill out the parent’s information and click Register New Family button at the bottom of this form.

Once you have filled all the information you will receive a notification with a Registration number on the page and subsequently receive an e-mail on the address provided. Kindly note down this number as this would be required once you visit the school to proceed with the registration or to access your on-line registration to edit the information or to add more children for admission.

Please enter your registration number and click on Add New Child button on the bottom of the form to save your application.

Enter all the information required.

Repeat steps 5 to 6 if you are seeking admission for more than one child.

Once the online application is completed, you have to forward soft copies of the following documents to the Admission and Registration Department on e-mail address – admissions@aaess.sch.ae.
